We were treated like royalty! A wonderful hotel in all aspects. we had a beautiful room and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. I would definitely stay here again, thank you!

The service was just perfect, the hotel staff was very friendly and exceptionel helpful in all cases.No need to worry about anything. For a city hotel very recommendable , also for families with children. Thank you for the child car seat! We enjoyed our stay very much...thank you...we will come back again, for shure. The hotel is a perfect starting point for all city exploring activities.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with my husband and kids we had another room that my mother in law was staying in and can say that we absolutly enjoyed every second we were there. From the time we arrived till the time we left the hotel staff made us feel very welcome nothing was to much to ask for they were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is gorgeous i cannot fault it in any way the room was fab i will recommend this hotel to everyone i know it needs to have a higher star rating ive stayed in many hotels world wide and can say this is my fav hotel by far the atmosphere,staff,location everything about it was impressive.
Thank you very much for everything.
Ps: i forgot to get the ladys name at the reception she was very helpful she served us drinks the sec we arrived on the 26th november and my kids lovedd her and the conceirge staff were great thank you heaps guys will definatly come back

A wonderful experience, nothing was too much trouble. First class from the moment of walking through the front door to leaving. I could not fault this hotel, very highly recommended. Am I staying again at this hotel - you bet I am. Hopefully Spring 2013

Right from the bell boys to the rooms, the food especially the complimentary breakfast, everything at this hotel was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. I'm sure I'm going to stay at Al-Manzil whenever I come to Dubai. Had a great stay!

This hotel is excellent. Breakfast was fabulous, so much variety. Excellent rooms, i loved the bath in the centre of the room. I would go back at the drop of a hat.

I have never experienced such professional, friendly, respectful staff at any other hotel before. Everything was perfect from the day i arrived until i left. The experience was one i will never forget. I will defenitely recommend your hotel to everyone i know. Everything was impecable. Thanks to all the staff at Al Manzil Hotel for a wonderful week.

I love how friendly all the staff were i really felt like i was at home. everyone knew our names, nothing was to much trouble. my daughter got sick and they had a Doctor at out room with in 20 minutes. the rooms were great, the buffet breakfast was awesome.
the court yard was very inviting no matter what time of the day or night. i can not speak more highly of this hotel. after we left there we went to Atlantis, for 3 days, and kept say saying how much we missed it at al manzil, Oscar was a great front man. i hope to visit Dubai again and will only stay here for a 4 star hotel it is 5 stars for us. it was so close to everything.

only thing was the pillows.

Thank you for making our holiday in Dubai so memorable.The hotel was excellent - clean, quiet, wonderful staff, great location. Our appreciation goes out to Mr Clebhert Pinto, Head Concierge who helped out with our tour arrangements. He and his team always made us (especially our 2 kids) feel so special each time we return to the hotel. The service standard displayed by this hotel was excellent. Thank you.

I liked:
This is an excellent hotel. Staff and management are very friendly. When solicitious, they are helpful but NOT intrusive. Concierge is a helper par excellence. Even sent to purchase a nail clipper and luggage locks for me! The standard of cleanliness and tidyness rates at least 5 star. Room service is unbeatablly fast and responsive.
I disliked:
Hotel should find a way to pass on telephone messages for guests being expected. My daughters left messages for me as I checked in a little later than expected but those messages were not delivered

I just love everything about this hotel, rooms, food, mall, gym, staff, service .... almost everything. The best 4 star hotel I have seen in my life.
I disliked:
The airconditioner in the room was difficult to control ... abit hot ... I didnt complain though to see if will be fixed :)
